Iyengar Yoga is a type of yoga that focuses on precision and physical alignment. It also emphasizes a deep understanding of each asana, or posture. 6-Week Sessions

Join us in person for a 6-week class to see all the amazing things yoga can do for you.


We know that taking care of yourself can be hard – that’s why we offer flexible scheduling so you can find the best time for you to come to class. And we make it easy for you to start with our beginner classes that are perfect for those new to yoga.

We are offering both 45 minute and 60 minute options!

Private Yoga 

If you don’t have time to go to a class or just want some one-on-one guidance, we offer private yoga sessions. You can choose the duration of session that works best for you. Our instructor is top-notch and can help you customize your practice to fit your individual needs.

Inidividual classes are offered in 30, 45 and 60 minute time frames. 

Semi-Private Yoga 

We offer semi-private yoga classes that are tailored to meet the needs of each student. You’ll get personalized attention in a relaxed and welcoming environment. 

This option is perfect if you are wanting to practice yoga with friends or family in a smaller group setting.

Classes are offered in 30, 45 and 60 minute time frames. 

Virtual Yoga

We are in the process of creating virtual, on-demand, yoga sessions that you can access anytime, anywhere. 

We are also working on brining you live, virtual sessions, that you can attend from home.
