Are you experiencing feelings of stress and anxiety?

The weight of carrying continuous stress and anxiety can feel heavy and debilitating. Things keep piling up and you are overwhelmed, exhausted and not sure what to do. Perhaps you feel like you just can’t seem to find solid footing in the present.​
 
You seem to be running 100 miles a minute and can’t slow down and you find yourself asking where the time went at the end of the day.

Or maybe you just can’t seem to even get out of bed. You're asking yourself if you’ll ever be able to get ahead as the emotions, along with your to-do list, seem to keep getting bigger and bigger. You know that having this knot in your stomach and tightness in your chest for long isn't good for your health, but you just can't quite figure out what to do about it. 

You’re discouraged that no matter what you do you can't seem to find relief.

Maybe, you've tried calming techniques, reminders, exercise and other coping skills in the past, but you don't feel like they made any really impact. You’ve reached out for help here and there but you're left feeling frustrated and unheard by those around you. It can feel like you're taking 2 steps forward and 1 step back and like no matter what you do, you just can't quite get to where you want to be. You see other people achieving success and living joyful lives and you start to question if you can have the same.

In your sessions, you'll be greeted with warm, empathetic and authentic understanding.


We'll help you to identify the areas in your life where you are feeling stuck and together, we'll come up with ways to make real change happen. You'll begin to look at things differently and find relief from the stress and anxiety that has been looming over you.
 
We'll begin to challenge negative thought patterns that are impacting your life and together. Your counsellor will support you to implement strategies effectively into your daily life and you'll find that as you start to slowly implement the strategies you'll find that you are better able to manage the anxiety and stress. You'll begin to feel more fulfilled and connected in your relationships and you'll feel that sense of balance in your life that you have been longing for.​ You'll be given tools and taught techniques to achieve a balanced and fulfilling lifestyle.
 
Overcoming stress and anxiety can feel like a daunting and impossible task, getting the right support can make this process faster and easier.

 

We want you to know that living without stress and anxiety and feeling freedom and balance, greater connection and confidence in your life is possible.
