Evergreen Wellness is pleased to offer a wide range of professional services to enrich and nurture the mind and body. Our multidisciplinary team is committed to providing clients with the support they need to take the first steps to better health and wellness, whether it be for anxiety, depression, ADHD symptoms, life transitions, or more.

Evergreen Wellness is composed of an exceptional team of certified counsellors, social workers and yoga instructors who will guide you through the mental, emotional, and spiritual journey towards better health and wellness. Whether it be overcoming and managing anxiety, moving through the stress of your everyday life, or working through past traumas, we are here for you. One of the most fundamental components of change depends on the relationship you have with your practitioner. We recognize that choosing a practitioner who is the right fit for you is of the utmost importance. Our team is trained in a variety of different approaches, and we will work collaboratively with you towards your ultimate goal. The entire Evergreen Wellness team is dedicated to providing a safe, understanding, and empathetic environment with a commitment to offering tailored services to support you on your journey towards change.

Depending on the terms of your health insurance plan, you may be eligible to receive coverage for all or part of our services. However, you are responsible for paying for the counselling session(s) and requesting reimbursement from your extended healthcare plan/insurance provider unless other arrangements have been made prior to the session. Therefore, before booking your first session we recommend that you check with your insurance provider to see if they cover the services of your chosen practitioner.

At Evergreen Wellness, your appointments and well-being are very important to us. We understand that sometimes, unexpected delays can occur, making schedule adjustments necessary. If you need to cancel your appointment, we respectfully request at least 24-hour notice.

Any appointment cancellation, no-show, or reschedule made with less than 24-hour notice will result in a cancellation fee. The amount of the fee will be equal to 100% of the reserved services. If you are more than 15 minutes late for your session, we may not be able to accommodate you. In this case, the same cancellation fee will apply. We will do our very best to reschedule your session for another time that is convenient for you.
