When approaching a task, you either find a million other things to do or you get so focused you forget about everything else. It can be difficult to find the motivation to do the things you want to do. Sometimes it seems like you just can't even remember to text your friend back.

In our work together, you will learn skills and strategies to calm your racing thoughts, tackle your to-do lists, and improve your memory, focus and attention. As we start working together, I will get to know you and get clarity around what you’re struggling with. We will create a plan that allows you to find balance, connection and joy.
