Major credit cards and e-transfers are accepted. All fees include access to a secure client portal, maintenance of confidential records and administrative services. Counselling sessions may be considered a tax-deductible medical expense.

Insurance:

Depending on the terms of your health insurance plan, you may be eligible to receive coverage for all or part of our services. However, you are responsible for paying for the counselling session(s) and requesting reimbursement from your extended healthcare plan/insurance provider unless other arrangements have been made prior to the session. Therefore, before booking your first session, you may want to check with your insurance provider to see if they cover the services of your chosen practitioner. 

Important Note:

We require a credit card to hold your appointment. Be prepared to pay the full session fee if your insurance doesn’t reimburse you. Payment for our services is required at the time of your appointment. Fees are subject to change.

Cancelation Policy

Your appointments and well-being are very important to us. We understand that sometimes, unexpected delays can occur, making schedule adjustments necessary. If you need to cancel your appointment, we respectfully request at least 24-hour notice.

Any appointment cancellation, no-show, or reschedule made with less than 24-hour notice will result in a cancellation fee. The amount of the fee will be equal to 100% of the reserved services. If you are more than 15 minutes late for your session, we may not be able to accommodate you. In this case, the same cancellation fee will apply. We will do our very best to reschedule your session for another time that is convenient for you.
